The 210 freeway meets with Highways 18, 330, 215, 15, and close proximity to interstates 10 and 60, you can go all the way from Pasadena to Paradise in about an hour! We are a convenient drive from San Diego, Los Angeles and Ventura counties also and many make Crestline and Lake Arrowhead their vacation destination!
There are many opportunities up here for Lake Gregory's real estate. We are a full time community but also investor-friendly with our vacation and rental properties. You can purchase Crestline real estate for full time living, part time as your own vacation home, vacation rental, or full time rental. There are many parcels of land available with gorgeous views of Lake Gregory, Mount Baldy, and the high desert of Apple Valley and Hesperia. Buy land...they aren't making any more of it (except in Hawaii and certain islands in the South Pacific!)
