Crestline is slower and more relaxed than the race going on down the hill. When you finish your day and begin the drive up to Crestline, you feel the temperature cooling, the air getting clearer and fresher, and the tension you've been carrying around in your shoulders relaxing. When you get to the Crestline Cutoff and see the smog down below that you've been breathing in on a regular basis, suddenly life makes more sense being up here in these beautiful mountains .
In Crestline, you are surrounded by trees of all shapes and sizes: flowering dogwoods, cedars, pines, aspens, maples and more. When the breeze blows through the leaves and needles you hear a whispering sound as the wind travels through the trees. At night you see stars in the heavens that you forgot were there because of the light pollution.
Crestline Has Affordable Homes
Crestline homes are very affordable, with vintage cabins, rustic homes, or new construction homes for sale. Since it takes 15 minutes to get to the bottom of the mountain, Crestline is commuter friendly. With the opening of the 210 freeway that meets with Highways 18, 30, 330, 215, 15, and close proximity to interstates 10 and 60, you can go all the way from Pasadena to Paradise in about an hour!
There are many opportunities up here for Lake Gregory's real estate. We are a full time community but also investor-friendly with our vacation and rental properties. You can purchase a Crestline home for full time living, part time as your own vacation home, vacation rental, or full time rental. There are many parcels of land available with gorgeous views of Lake Gregory, Mount Baldy, and the high desert of Apple Valley and Hesperia. Buy land...they aren't making any more of it (except in Hawaii and certain islands in the South Pacific!)
